Service Description
In these hybrid classes you will be cycling through two different class structures each week to give you a balance between technical boxing & conditioning classes. This will allow you to apply both elements into your routine to efficiently progress you as a student and at the same time burn A LOT of calories in the process whilst learning & having fun! Description of class structures: TECHNICAL BOXING x PADWORK In this class you will be taken through the theoretical side & dive deeper into the art of boxing & have a more educational approach to the sport so that everyone can have a strong foundation. You will learn; - How to posture/position yourself in your boxing stance. - How to correctly hold the pads. - How to improve your footwork and coordination. - The correct mechanics on how to throw each individual punch. - Efficient partner drills to increase your boxing IQ and apply the knowledge into action. - Consistent guidance and correction of your boxing form throughout the whole session and so much more. Apply the knowledge you have gained in your weekly class structures or even in other boxing gyms with better confidence knowing that you have a solid understanding of the sport! BOX & BURN In this class you will cycle through being a boxer & a burner. Boxers will box 3 min rounds on the bags whilst the burners will perform the floor conditioning on their allocated stations. You will be switching between being a boxer & a burner, giving you the best of both worlds, burning the most amount of calories in one session! Before beasting through your workout, you will learn the 6 basic punches in your induction which will help you level up your boxing IQ & apply realistic bagwork drills to keep your mind & body working as a unit throughout each bagwork round. The most important rule in this class; Rest when neccesary & go back into your zone at your own pace. Strength & growth only comes through continuous effort and struggle. Join the tribe!

Cancellation Policy
Late class cancellations must be done 1 hour before class starts EQUIPMENT NOTICE If this is your first session, the equipment will be provided for FREE but after that it will be highly recommended to bring your own gear; -Hand wraps -Gloves -Pads -Mouth guard -Head gear If you need to borrow any of the equipment above on your SECOND session, it will be a £5 fee to borrow any of the equipment provided above.
